This morning, our friends over at With Two Spoons (www.withtwospoons.com) are sharing some of their fave breakfast recipes (or breakfast for dinner?!). I'm getting hungry just posting this!  Enjoy!

One of my favorite parts of the Christmas holiday is breakfast on Christmas Morning. In our house, it’s typically a simple affair, with good coffee, some eggs and a sweet treat of fresh waffles or (more typically) cinnamon rolls. We cook and eat in our pajamas and take our time easing into the hustle and bustle of the rest of the day. I have a few recipes that I turn to for this holiday morning, but thought I’d put together a collection of Christmas Morning Recipes in case you’re looking for just the thing to make for your family this holiday!

I can’t start out this recipe list without including a perennial favorite in our house, the Pioneer Woman’s Cinnamon Rolls. Now, these are definitely best prepared in advance and either frozen and reheated or thawed and baked in the morning as they are a bit messy and time intensive but man are they GOOD. And the recipe makes a ton so they are perfect for sharing!

All of that being said, I may switch it up this year and try these Overnight Gingerbread Cinnamon Rolls from Half Baked Harvest. I’m drooling just thinking about all of that gooey, cinnamon-y dough. Yum.

Boozy Baked French Toast from Smitten Kitchen is another great option for Christmas Morning brunch and – bonus! – is best made the night before. Find the recipe here. And speaking of french toast, have you tried our Egg Nog French Toast yet? It’s a winner.

Check out these Chocolate Babka Pull Apart Muffins from Joy the Baker. I haven’t tried them but they look so. darn. good!!!

For a healthier option before a big Christmas meal, why not try this recipe for Raspberry and Chia Morning Oats. I know I’ll be giving these a shot after Christmas for a nice healthy reset breakfast!

Not to forget beverages, if you love your fancy coffee drinks, this recipe for Almond Joy Coffee looks ah-mazing.

If you’re more of a savory person, why not try this Puff Pastry Breakfast Pizza from How Sweet Eats. I love that it has big strips of bacon in it but really, you could adapt it to whatever breakfast ingredients your family loves!

Our Sausage and Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bake is perfect for Christmas morning! Plenty to go around and can be easily prepped ahead of time. This Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole is another great option.

Whatever you choose to make, may your Christmas Morning be filled with the joy of family, friends, and good food.
